My healthy habits are contagious.

Living a healthy lifestyle is important to me. I make it a point to involve my friends and family in my regimen. I am able to make a positive impact when they see my results.

When I exercise, I feel physically and mentally energized. When my friends ask about the source of my energy, I share my secret. I encourage others to start working out so they can experience the same results.

I enjoy eating healthy. When I choose the location for my lunch dates, I select places that are healthy and delicious. By taking friends and loved ones to these restaurants, I help them realize they can eat in a healthy way without sacrificing taste.

Rest is important to me. When my co-workers invite me to have a drink after work, I usually decline. My concentration is challenged when I go to work after a night of drinking. When my co-workers realize how alert I am at work, they end up taking a page out of my book.

I attempt to set a positive example for anyone I encounter.

Today, I commit to maintaining healthy habits. I am confident that my choices can result in a healthier lifestyle for myself and others. I use every opportunity to highlight the benefits of a healthy lifestyle.
